The Home Food Equation

TYPICAL PRODUCT + TRADITIONAL CULINARY CULTURE = TYPICAL FOOD  

 

Food is Man and typical foods are his roots. As a child being born needs the intervention of the midwife, so typical products without the culinary culture, would not only not reach perfection but, for the most part, would be almost inedible.  The Salama da sugo, the cardo gobbo, trevigiano chicory and abbacchio, together with other products in existence disseminated throughout the whole nation have a need to pass from product to food by way of particular culture and knowledge.

The culinary wisdom of the Cesarine (see: The Cesarine) is devoted to typical products which are quoted specifically in every journey (see: Events and Journeys) where their preparation is carried out according to tradition (see: Recipes), avoiding flights of imagination, fusion or contamination that have taken the foods away from their traditional form.
